Shipping/Delivery

Delivery is carried out by Swiss Post. The costs of delivery for the items ordered are charged to the customer. The shipping and handling costs are shown before orders are completed and are indicated separately on the invoice. 

We shipping to Switzerland and EU and UK. Also we can deliver your order personally if it costs more then 150 CHF. If you have any questions regarding shipping or payments, please write to joabudartist@gmail.com.

Available products will be dispatched within 2 business days of receipt of the order if not stated differently. The estimated delivery time in Switzerland is 2-3 business days and 8-15 business days in Europe and UK.
BUD handmade unit offers products based on their availability or "made to order " products. If product is available in shop it will be delivered as write above if you order the product "made to order" it will take time to made it (write in product description) plus time to deliver it.
